Everyone from the staff was really kind and welcoming. The rooms were huge, new-fashioned, and had a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control.

Excellent staff, accommodating and friendly. Surprised with a suite upgrade, spacious and comfy. Very clean room, impeccable upkeep. Prime location for exploring attractions and shopping. Great experience, highly recommend for leisure and business travelers.

The staff was incredibly nice. The rooms were well equipped with a king-size bed and coffee. The location was magnificent and incredibly comfortable. The hotel is extremely close to Balkan Prespa Park. It's only a 5-minute walk to downtown.

The rooms have balconies, and they come equipped with an electric kettle and a fridge; the location is wonderful and convenient, within walking distance of everything.

The place is highly recommended, and I will definitely return; the room was clean and spacious, and the staff was very polite, plus the room had a balcony.
